big take-away is cxb can't even hold their own share price up which means !!!! they have to buy a boat load of shares of moz on the open market, yea, well gl with that

can't find any moz shareholders happy with this attempted take-over, lol
moz got $40 million, it's in safe hands didn't go to retail so won't pressure the share price, cxb will hold
as gold is produced
