THE DEAL STINKS - should have come in shares + cash offer, fixed terms, not this wobbly cxb share price & twined with moz shares 20 percent lower than their implied value as per proposal. rather have moz run alone, mine the gold + profit, vote out management/ everyone happy - if they seriously want this deal to go thru hold cxb shares at a price that captures 84 cents for moz so then investors, yea us can decide to bail or stay - ffs do it properly not this wishy washy proposal
