lol some defeatist posts on here

remember true moz holders that posters have their own agendas. Some work -use that word in jest - for the parties & their allies. Others hate to see holders make money when they sold out too early. If ya'll been through take-overs before y'all know the game- low ball the bids for the stock then raise em nearer the vote. & yea I've seen attempts at takeovers get voted down before - not gonna bother naming them all but yea it happens & then the bid is sweetened. this roll over & die attitude is pathetic, probably trolls playing mind games

yea I know, these posts ain't a pissing contest just trying to see all of us not taken to the cleaners, reckon we all want the best for shareholders - that's why I never roll over, coz there's nothing realistic when money grabbers get involved

Um, no...the vast majority of deals get shareholder approval and close as is. This is especially true of friendly takeover offers (of which this is one). BTW, if you sold your MOZ shares at any point before September 2022, you didn't "sell out too early".  On the contrary, you in all likelihood sold your MOZ shares for $1.00 or higher and moved on (I assume you weren't one ...more
