Support the merger, the only rational choice

A no vote on principle is a wasted voted.

A vote for the merger gets rid of Manson and the MOZ board and provides an opportunity for upside with a very competent Calibre management team. The alternative is ruination.

The MOZ board in their infinite wisdom granted Manson a $535,000 bonus equal to 100% of his base salary for his value destructing performance in 2023.  There can be no justification for squandering shareholder money in this way, which doubles up on the change of control. Well done Manson, the new $3 million dollar man.

Valuehunter.   Don't be surprised if Manson ends up as the one director on the CXB board chosen. His past links to them may be a payoff once the deal is done? I'll still vote no albeit it won't do much and this deal is likely to go through. I don't believe in coincidence he was a director at Fiore and CXB takeover so we'll see how this play out? Not knocking CXB ...more

I'm gonna waste my vote and be happy to do it! ( checked my mail yesterday and I haven't gotten the voting form yet) I dunno much about Manson or others on the management board, my rejection is just based on valuation of the deal into CXB. I'm not against CXB, but we are going to be about 50% of the production profile based on the plan currently, for a few years. I do think it was a ...more
