End of season.

By my count, they are down to 22 lots to be sold at Nelson and Grove. The show homes are great product that continued to sell slowly despite the spike in rates.
There are 8200 shares for sale at $6.25. This block has been around for many months, and started for sale close to $7.
I am really tempted to pull the pin. I have been hanging at the bid of $6 for months with very light fills.
