MPCT Paid Dream 115,374 shares for Compensation for Services

AFter destroying the share value, MPCT keeps paying Dream this rediculous high compensation.

This is why Internally managed REITs are better

This dilution would continue forever!!!

That compensation is for development work, not for nothing. Its fair compensation. Alternatively, they could pay Dream (Or another entity) CASH to do the same work, and probably at a much higher cost.
