strong results NOT

despite a one time payment    things dont look so good   with large drop in occupancy  july1      next quarter will NOT be strong

Can you clarify your comment re "with large drop in occupancy"......Is this residential or commercial?  It` hard to believe with daily news of shortage of rental space everywhere in Canada.....Thanks!
