They are no where near covering the distribution. Maybe in 2026-2028? I'm not exactly sure, and that might be early too. There should be some one time gains from condo/townhouse sales to help with cash flow until then. Cooper also mentioned possible asset sales to "Prove Value" of the MPCT units. I take that as an asset sale, which will help bring in cash as well.

Certainly at this level unit price,   at 78% discount to NAV, it is all about the discount for me.  The distriubtion was cut 60% in Feb 2023.  Not likely to cut again.  But do not buy Dream Impact for the distribution, it is all about buying a 1 for 22 cents. If anything, Dream unlimited willl take it under it's umbrella for around 15 per unit, seen this many times ...more

Click on list view. There are about 110 units listed available and more coming.  About 25 more in November, 35 more in December, etc etc  That's a huge amount of vacancies to fill at this higher end price range. Most demand is going to be in the 1900-2600 range (not this complex obviously). Not sure how much the market can absorb at this price range? Will be Interesting to see ...more

Im sure the prices are not random and they have determined that its a going rate for the area or product.   At least the properties exist now and are on the cusp of generating income and realizing the potential in their plans.
