They are no where near covering the distribution. Maybe in 2026-2028? I'm not exactly sure, and that might be early too. There should be some one time gains from condo/townhouse sales to help with cash flow until then. Cooper also mentioned possible asset sales to "Prove Value" of the MPCT units. I take that as an asset sale, which will help bring in cash as well.

Im sure the prices are not random and they have determined that its a going rate for the area or product. At least the properties exist now and are on the cusp of generating income and realizing the potential in their plans.
