- list of approved projects for funding due in December
- City is working with select developers

We know Cooper is one of them along with Dream.

Very few seem to have access to this program.

Seems extremely positive for Impact. I was buying more units today.

There are very few developers that build PBRs, and even fewer that figured out how to build affordable. For the last 20+ years, the City of Toronto has built almost no PBRs, as shown on the graph below. Developers were building to sell, and did not have the management or were not geared toward purpose built rentals. Dream is going to be one of the, if not the largest beneficiary of this program ...more
