Any input on the news about a reverse takeover with Myon? Didn't anyone catch this?

I caught it and at this point any news is good news. If the deal goes through this stock may go somewhere afterall, its been a bit of a wait after getting in at $.76.nyone out there have an opinion or info. on the venture?
