Great Opportunity
There is no doubt that this is an excellent property with huge potential and will be very lucrative for those that have an interest during its development, considering the current oil and gas market. High prices combined with low development costs and major infrastructure already in place: it simply does not get much better than this. And it appears that MPI has a tiger by the tail.
Shares outstanding 4 million
Fully diluted 12.6 million
Most of the stock is held by management and insiders.
There are approximately 1.2 million shares in the float, but a lot of it is scattered about in small lots from a previous six to one roll back before the current management got involved.
