PP-Resignation

What's the significance of Falzone "quitting?" Stocks going up like a rocket and he bails-doesn't seem right unless he thought the PP was too generous. Any thoughts from the MPM Board re: the timing just seems odd. Thanks for any input.

No knowledge of this situation but it is not uncommon to have a change in upper level management when a company moves from one phase to the next (i.e. acquisition to exploration or exploration to production.) The skill set it takes to do any given phase is not necessarily the same as the next.
