Not realy. If the value of the overly inflated US Dollar declines back to normal, the "unrealized" foreign exchange losses"  disappear.  Study the US $  charts.  It is a distinct possibility.

Agreed. Cash generated is key point. In first 9months mpvd produced 50m cad in cash and tied up another 65m cad in working capital. These are facts per financial statements. Revenue and bonds are in usd and costs in cad . A stronger usd is great for mpvd even though it looks bad in financial statements due to unrealised losses.
