New to gold, first post

Thank you locomoco and all the regulars for all your great insights on Monarch Gold.
I read them everyday. I have seen all your calculations regarding the Yamana deal and they are very informative. I have also seen the news release with the breakdown.
Can someone explain to me one more time how the deal will be distributed to Monarch shareholders.
For example if I have 50,000 shares of Monarch. How much cash, Yamana shares, Monarch mining shares, etc. When and how it will be distributed. I plan to hold all of it. However, is Monarch mining expected to pump or sell off? Maybe hard to predict. Will Yamana sell off somewhat?
Again I know I am asking you to repeat.

So multiply your 50K shares by this: C$0.192 in cash per share from Yamana; 0.0376 of a Yamana share (a value of C$0.288 based on the volume weighted average price of the Yamana shares on the TSX for the 20 trading days ending on October 30, 2020); 0.20 of a SpinCo Share (with each full share having a value of C$0.75 per share).
