Insiders Holdings

I like MR.un as it over 50% owned by Melcor Development that is doing well in these uncertain times.  And Melcor Development (MRD/TSX) is widely held by the Melton Group......Happy to collect monthly dividends of the reit until interest rates begin trending down in 2024.  JMHO!

Glad I don't pay much attention to insider holdings . Learned my lesson on that one with lightstream oil and gas , the owner kept adding millions of shares down to penny status. That being said this is a different scenario as these guys are nowhere near insolvent , not sure why they didn't just do a 50% cut . Perhaps the incentive costs are still rising trying to secure tenants
