Retired, I agree that despite the limitations on the buyback it will mean a dramatic upward push, not only is it going to make a difference due to the typically low volume here but also more importantly due to the tiny float, as an example as we speak 3200 shares at a market buy would take us to 5.30. We have watched this happen here before and at the undervalued s.p. I wouldnt be surprised to see ...more

Please stop your self propaganda. I too own Hr.un. it does not mean all other stocks are bad. As long as hr.un does not increase dividend, no major upside. With more than 400k immigration, all reits will roar in next few years.

I would agree, I do not feel as tho any really have a leg up, except maybe short term. they all have and face the same obstacles, they are all undervalued, they are all using different strategies that work for their systems, some will definitely recover faster than others as some are more popular with investors then others, mr.un does NOT get the spotlight due to the small float and far less ...more
