who are the dumb investors selling when company is buying back at least @ 6.36? Added few more. Please sell more.

I was happy to get 6.40 to 6.50 for a bunch today. It's now within 1.50 of precovid and less yield so I found it a good time to move on. Cheers and good luck all.

Not to say I'm permanently out here, the moment they stop buying retail just sells this down anyway so still lots of potential opportunities.

Their current payout ratio is only around 40%. Still lot of room to increase the dividend too. Before Covid they were buying back shares above 8$.

I agree with you, I dont think there's anything wrong with buying this, the float is so low it moves dramatically up and down. That's not a bad thing but holding it can get frustrating when in 3k shares it moves 20 cents either way. Lol. I will probably buy it again as I dont expect it to stay up here but I could be wrong.
