Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE:MR.UN) had its price target lowered by analysts at CIBC from C$5.25 to C$3.75. They now have a "neutral" rating on the stock. This represents a 21.0% upside from the current price of C$3.10.

Don't see that happening with no dividend to offer. Those target prices are always higher then the market is will to pay when money gets tight.

Gotta love those analysts, when paying out most of their AFFO, price target of 5.25, now they are keeping all of their AFFO, including the 0.48 that was being paid as a dividend, we will drop the target to 3.75.
