Someone needs to file lawsuit against Melcor

I sold this one when they stopped dividend. Many investors have sold this one. They got the share price down and took over the company.

keep posting false bad news, cut the dividend even though they can afford it. and then buy the company back at 65% of NAV. classic case of minority shareholder oppression

That's what I am interpreting it as also. I need to see justification that they cannot refinance the debenture on the open market and what the opportunity cost of that financing is.

Nobody forced him to sell the units, but it was prudent to do so because retail investors always sell of units when a distribution is cut. The only thing that matters is the distribution, it should be based on asset values and equity.
