Nice to see 212,177 shares bought and cancelled this past week.  Highly accretive to buy back and cancel shares at a 57% discount to the REITS NAV.   Great use of cash, existing shareholders will own more and more of the company along with FFO and NAV increasing on a per share basis

Yes! glad they are doing this. I can't understand who is willing to sell these units at such a laughable price. Hoping the NCIB can help brdige the NAV unit price gap over time.
