New Investor here.

This mrg.un was top pick from the investment firm i use.  Apparently new legislation that Trudeau is carving out about rentals can be a net benefit yo this company. Doesn't hurt also payout is low, NCIB and price cc targets of $24!! this looks like a nice time to enter!

Looks to be a great entry point, thats for sure.  This REIT has low debt of only 38.4% Its payout ratio is under 50%  and its trading at a massive discount to its NAV of $36.90. On top of that they are actively buying back and canceling shares. GLTA

They sure are making it easy for an acquirer to take them out... I think boardwalk or capreit should..

Won't happen. The reason this thing is always cheap as f*ck is because its controlled by Morguard Corp. that has no incentive to sell it.

Morguard corporation just bought 176,000 shares on the market.  Maybe they might possibly take out the reit?
