If you guys hear the CC, Barry mentions that they expect to close an acquistion by the of this fiscal quarter. Considering that is just a month from now I would assume that it can be announced any time now.

yes what you say is fact but I have to think the pending acquisition is already recognized in sp. SP does not usually rise on dilution news so the last pop could be attributed to the acquisition.  I'm certainly not suggesting to sell all shares. I'm sitting on the fence and looking for a good argument against engaging in a little profit taking.

The PP was at $3.05. So I don't really think that the stock has really risen considering it was at $3.28 pre announcement of the placement. It just plummetted (a tad too much imo with all of the profit taking) and is back to where it should have been. I have a good feeling about the stock in the short term as well as the long term. But again taking profits is never wrong and I wouldn't
