Just an observation

Don't know if it really amounts to anything, but CIBC has been on the Buy side of most of the trades this past week or so. Approx 40 % of the daily volume goes thru CIBC followed Mr Anonymous. I started noticing it around the $7.30 level & it started to increase as the price went down. Don't know if means anything, probably portfolio adjusting or something. Just thought it was interesting, considering all the speculation of being bought out

Forget speculation. It is all just hot air (or its electronic equivalent). The last few days reinforce my belief that the recent price drop is due more to tax loss selling than anything else and that, as the end of the year approaches, this is petering out. Today on above average volume and in a sour market, NAL held on very well. It dipped to $6.97 as the indexes plunged but then, as they ...more

I too own a large number of shares purchased at a variety of prices over the last number of years from the Mid $4.00 all the way up to $10 with an avg price of about $6.75. Would as well like them to maintain the dividend at the present rate. CIBC, again was buying in bulk today. They were on both sides of the trades a number of times as well. They still keep pointing out that NAL may have to scale theirs back.Scenario 4 (Reduce Dividend)In a sustained $3.00/mcf ...more

Hello tandev. CIBC is net accumulating for various client portfolios as per the client bids. Do not put too much into which house is accumulating or selling.  Personally, I too have been accumulating as I think NAE is under priced. The folks who sold those shares to me must have felt otherwise... Kherson

When Kherson wrote that Beer post yesterday on the ORT board it demonstrated the worst side of today's investment world. The total denegration of others in order to make money. Some thoughts concerning evil As long as people believe in absurdities they will continue to commit atrocities. Voltaire(1694-1778) French writer and historian. kingyahoo...Are you some kind of stalker? You seem to be very obsessed all of Kherson's board activities! Franky, it's very creepy. There're far too many "Creeps" on Stock House, that feel the need to bully, humiliate, and verbally abuse other posters. Is this your way of fulfilling insecurity? Hiding behind a computer and user name? The only one that needs help is you!
