Negative Sentiment

Price has dropped from $8.35 on the 4th to as low as $7.52 so far on the 10th.

It seems people are thinking the worst. Hopefully tomorrow bring good news.

It will be interesting to see if the market is actually right or the drop is simply the result of a divident cut being possible and folks deciding it is easier to stay away for the interim.

DMR - I got stopped out of 1/2 my NAE this morning at 7.74. Still, made a good 10% on shares I bought at 7 and change. Hoping for the best tomorrow

The dividend yield now is about 11%. If the dividend were to drop to 5¢ from 7¢ it would still be 8% and covered  by the dividend tax credit. In the present lower interest environment and with few corporations paying more than 4%, that would still be a great yield. Why would anyone sell the stock because of a cut that would still leave a very substantial yield? The huge, mostly sell ...more
