New Tervita shares...... how much should they be worth???

Given that there will be about 117MM NEW shares and EBITDA should be around 230-280MM for 2018/2019. I'm guessing in the range of 12.00 - 18.00 /share, now that is a big range. I would very much appreciate to know what you all think, bonus points for showing your math...

$7.70 - $9.10 / share, but I am terrible at math, which is why I chose not to share it with you all. :)
