2) Bankruptcy will come?
Nobody can know that! Just an empty claim! Follow the corresponding articles and you will come to the conclusion that this can almost be ruled out! The company is more likely to be sold for a profit!

3) No contracts and partners?
That can also be ruled out, see company presentation (see above)! Any false statements in this regard would result in criminal prosecution!

Conclusion: Nano One Materials, through its obligations to its business partners (NDA), knowingly accept that the share price cannot reflect the true value of the company at the moment! This is very unfortunate and frustrating for the stockholders.

Nevertheless, one thing remains here: "False statements remain false statements!"
