Really why the decline

The decline is too little progress horrible updates and loss of a ton of cash. This year alone burn through 12 million and just got 800k great business plan. They zero partners or contracts producing  any cash flow. Of course they still have a secret global partnership lol which they failed to produce a name in 3 years. They screwed investors on two not one stock halts. So why the decline lol they have zero with zero interest from anyone in this sector. Lastly price and volume don't lie.

What else is curious is the clean energy sector doesn't appear to be doing as well as one would expect.  The etf ICLN is cracking long term support at $17, touching at $15 today.
