How about a Halt tomorrow or after close today. 
THEN some big new announcement.
and some share price increase.
? This is takeing forever. Jan 8 2023 was at a higher price than this!!
This is week 2 of 52
2024 already 4% over
if they have ~25 potential partners + Lic + anouncements 
that is a new release every 2 weeks at a minimum
