Seeking Alpha / Nano One

From the article:

"Nano One is a penny stock. With penny stock comes extraordinary amounts of risk and uncertainty...Have a plan of what you will do if a penny stock declines 10%, 50%, or 75%"

From today's trading price of $1.77, this is what a 10%, 50%, and 75% decline would look like:

10% decline = ~$1.59 per Nano One share

50% decline = ~$0.89 per Nano One share

75% decline = ~$0.44 per Nano One share

I accept that all these Nano One share price values are a real possibility in the near and mid term.  Nano One is an extremely risky investment by any standard.

good luck to all the longs

Austin wrote it and in fact it's sage advice to understand the downside risk.  Warren Buffett has always said that investing is all about capital preservation.  Interesting that Autin's $0.44 per Nano share scenario works out to about cash value on hand evaluation (based on about $40 million in cash).  I think that's a very fair downside risk. Nano One investors ...more
