The Farmer

I look at Nano One as a farmer. He’s worked in farming for several years and knows the business. He has researched various seeds and refined a process for creating the strongest, most resilient seed there is. His seed needs less water, produces a robust crop that produces minimal waste, and, as a result, is less costly. He has researched the market for the crop his seed will produce and has gotten excellent responses.

Some buyers have said they’re very interested, but want to wait until the first crop is harvested and sold. Other buyers have said that they’ll buy, but don’t want him to tell their current suppliers as they have long-standing relationships that need to be managed before they shift to a new supplier for either part, or all, of their needs.

He has tilled and fertilized his field, he has planted and has told his buyers when his crop will be available. At this point he can do very little. Now he has to wait for the rain, wait for the warmer weather, and then the harvest.

At this point, the most that we can see here is speculation and FUD based upon minimal real information, So, I’m going to take a break from the forum and wait for some real news. Good luck to all!

Many farmers have lost there lands at no fault of their own.   Sometimes there are forces beyond a farmers control (e.g., droughts and floods) that render the fruits of their labors yieldless. The lands of course retain their inherent value.  However the deed to the lands change hands and a new farmer applies their best efforts to generate a better yield than the last.  ...more

Lawisfun I was still online when you replied to my post so I decided I needed to reply before your ignorance and misdirection took root. This is an analogy which, apparently, you don’t understand. So, to help you understand here’s a bit of a key: ·         Farmer  = Nano One ·         Seed = One-Pot ...more

Devalue the stock? I am a fairly significant owner of the company by any measure. I am not motivated by devaluing the stock.  I am concerned when I see others try and convince novice investors that Nano One is a sure thing or a slam dunk.  Nano is anything but.  And your poetry about Nano about to deliver a bumper crop is dangerous to those who stand to lose what they cannot ...more

I, also, have skin in the game (since 2019). I have no idea what your motivations are, and I am not questioning those. But, as someone who totally misinterpreted my analogy, I needed to clarify your interpretation of what I wrote, since much of it is wrong. I completely agree that investing what you cannot afford to lose if Nano, or any investment fails, is absolutely correct. I have never, ever ...more
