Nano One and Worley are to build the Cathode side of the battery. Sila Technologies , Worley's announced partner are to build  the Anode side.of the battery. So now we have three companies working together to build green battery plants around the world, except for in  China! Lots of great reading out there about Worley and Sila. Sila Technologies has been private since 2011 and is valued at $3.3 BILLION!

What about Canadian company Novonix (NVX)?  They seem fairly far along at their Chattanooga synthetic graphite facility. And they are also partners with Panasonic. And also VW.  Perhaps Novinix can make an offer for Nano One to expand their cathode business?  NVX does not have much cash but perhaps they can secure enough to buy out Nano One? good luck to all the longs.

Wow, you talk down Novonix saying that Sila has better tech that renders sustainable synthetic graphite obsolete.  That is rich especially coming from a Nano One dreamer... You see Sila as just another theoretical home run....before they've even been drafted to play in a major league game.
