Nano One being priced for a sale

At these low levels, a sale of Nano One will be very attractive to potential acquirers.  I'm still unclear if Nano One has a poison pill that would prevent a hostile takeover.  But at these current levels, a sale at $3 might be very welcome to many investors.  
 
I wish Nano One would disclose the protections they have in place to defend against a hostile takeover.
