Tesla signs lithium carbonate supply deal for in-house LFP

It looks like Tesla's lining up a supply of Lithium Carbonate, which is usually used for LFP chemistries. That's as opposed to lithium hydroxide, which is used in high nickel chemistries. If this is accurate, looks like Tesla could be lining up lithium for in-house LFP production. I suspect this is related to the LFP production equipment that they're purchasing from CATL.

Just left out the part where that equipment is for smaller ESS, not EV's?    Also left out that it's unconfirmed if they are actually purchasing this equipment?   Do you just post random BS for fun? No way you're actually getting paid for this.   Do better.

Which is typical of your type.   Everyone/anyone can be a critic.   Try harder.

That's why we're asking you to provide (linked) sources on all claims moving forward with full, unedited quotes.   There's a very good reason you were permanently banned from another public board.   Do better.

I appreciate you taking the time to engage with my posts. Without the likes of posters like yourself, I might not get any traction on these message boards at all. So thank you for keeping my content at the forefront.  Sad that some posters like yourself only serve as dedicated response accounts to my postings. But understandable that my posting deserve dedicated full time response
