Ask yourself why as a shareholder you have never heard the specifics on how Worley is going to get paid for each plant they sell. Don't you think this should have been disclosed already? Some very basic ideas of what the revenue split is going to be? You have heard nothing from Nano on this topic because they are preparing for a merger. And those details are therefore irrelevant.
