I would walk away from Nano One is a heartbeat if someone offered $2CAD a share today.  No questions asked.

The Canadian government will not allow a sale. That is why they  won't list in the U.S . They do not want this in American hands, just like Bombardier , or other companies that were given government funds.

Worley Chemetics is based in Canada and will likely take a run at buying Nano. Worley Chemetics is based in Canada with a branch in BC and a fabrication shop in Ontario. That might be enough to appease the Canadian government.

I don't think the Canadian government is able to stop the sale of a company that would otherwise be bankrupt.  Seems irrational to refuse a sale that could benefit Canadian debtors and investors when the alternative is the business dissolving and the Canadian investor base losing their significant capital in full. But who know, maybe the Canadian government would insist that Nano One ...more
