 I don't believe Dan is the man to take nano further. They should have  been looking for a successer, someone with a track record of knowing value, and cutting deals. When the stock was over $3.00 , he should have raised cash, long before they needed.  This is why I sold out at $2.70, after holding for six years. I was still hoping they could pull it off, but remain doubtful.
