Yes i do have contact and they reply always. It take some time, mostly 1-2 weeks. I respect this. i'm not a big fish

big fish, small fish, should not make a difference.  They used to reply promptly to my infrequent enquities but it just seemed as if they kind of gave up.  Wait times went from hours to months, if at all.   Pretty irresponsible frankly and I respect shareholders, not a food chain.
