PCP group own just over half.
today 257k of volume so far in spiteof the news.
---- Means that most of minority shareholders are sitting on their hands.

If you go to stockwatch , you'll get the volume of the TMX and all other exchanges which as of 3.24 is 407,700 shares All of these buyers will take the $18.50 proposed offer IMO. Roughly 2% of float.
