I'm guessing a deal is in the works. It was obvious very early today that any rise to $3.65 was met with selling.  Yesterday, I was really surprised the share price hardly reacted to the jump in oil.  A bought deal to fund a purchase - maybe.

Yeah looks like .. WCP was trading below 6.75, at some stage even below CJ, until a day or two before the announcement of the 6.90 deal, it shot up to above 7 ...most probably a deal at 3.65 or thereabouts and then above 4.00 after that as oil appears to steady at $33 and heading towards $40 as oversupply over demand in the big picture is just a million barrels, a mishap or natural increase in ...more

a bought deal to fund a purchase wouldn't put a lid on the price.more likely,someone wants out at 3.65 ish but not in a dump and for exactly the reason that you mentioned-nbz is determined to buy something. imo,too early to buy.hate to sound like a vulture but it is what it is and no rush. oil price should have no bearing on a producer being paid a fixed rate.buy the guy on the other end of ...more

Low volume with $40.00 oil should we not be moving higher?
