Share price going forward

Is there a reason why this stock can't pick up any steam?! Not any negative news I can find recently and everything is in the green in energy but this trades lower. So confused

This is a 7 dollar stock last March when oil is around 45US.  The fear of TBE acquistion should be the  reason. What an under-performance lately when compared with other oils. Actually I see a high chance that TBE can survive with WTI 45. Banks should/may  relief the debt repayment required for TBE.

Issue of new shares should be unlikely given there is a reduction of stated capital motive. IMO.

Looks to me like the market is looking for a catalyst.  Analyst reports keep mentioning NBZ as an acquirer however, given that than acquisition is going to cost them almost 12% in distributions because they will have to issue shares....the first order of business is to cut it.  In my opinion, it will be cut in order to lessen any cash flow drain resulting from an acquisition, likely in ...more

Not necessarily IMO.  The idel solution is to trade up NBZ share price. e.g. a double from here will reduce the  payout to 6%. If I were NBZ management , I will consider issuing some 100 million convertibles to TBE with a high conversion ratio so  that TBE  can pay back the term loan,. If TBE survives NBZ can acquire at ease. Just my opinion.   At WTI 45 TBE can survive ...more
