May I suggest buying public float shares for the DRIP . ?  

 
That’s more flexible which can be retracted easily should oil prices fall back.  And it also supports the stock price.

The stock is already having liquidity problems, or not enough public shares for trading. I'd say there is liquidity discount factored in on the stock price. It is hard to day trade or buy large chunk of shares on a given day. I think the dilution is probably good for the company. They are raising more money at the current share price, as long as someone didn't buy the stock when it was ...more

The bigggest liquidity problem is JOY LOL. But those analyst is driving the stock price down by insisting an dividend cut.  Upside down .,
