News release makes no sense.

You have to be a detective to figure out what is going on. This management does a lot of weird things. Issuer bid lowball offer $4.00 with one seller now both and extension - then news of a higher offer which they rejected. Who can figure this out - only a background in Accounting can screw this up.

Exactly. And why would a major shareholder now tender all their shares?  If something could be up?
