My guess is that they have nothing, but the elevated SP this week will help us minimize dilution. A less likely outcome is that they have managed some deal with a third pary to pay off the debt. This might involve a major, so it could prove very positive for the development of Sisson. The least likely scenario, in my view, is that Todd/NCF announce a positive development decision.
