not much.  They had a meeting, as required.  The only shareholders bothering to vote were Todd and other insiders. NCF has one more loan to pay off, so I am guessing that they have to approve the issuance of shares to do that. As a vote of confidence, someone bought 100,000 shares on the open maket today at the close, and pushed the SP to 0.045, a remarkable feat on a day when every ...more

Really? Was there about 15 years ago.  Tikal was amazing.  Nice cheap place to live if your investments don't work out!
