was thinking the same.  Everyone hates dilution, but the debt deal also de-risks this project. Do the math.  Sisson can pay back the hypothetical debt drawn to build the mine in under 5 years, according to fs,  Then it generates roughly the same amount of cash for another 22 years?  Where does that cash go? On the other hand, maybe their summer work project is going poorly.

NCF is not going to repay the debt ever, it will be converted into shares thus Todd will hold a majority in the project and force others out by paying pitiful "compensation". This has been the plan from the beginning. If you don't believe it, have a look at what Todd did in Australia. Blueprint.

for sure Todd won't pay a cent more than they have to.  How do you think they have become NZ richest family dynasty?  That behavior re Flinders has been already posted.  Frankly, I like having partners that are financially sharp. Keep in mind that if the project economics improves, the SP will rise which will decrease the percent Todd eventually owns in a debt-share settlement.& ...more

One day you will wake up to reality due to the wakeup call handed by Todd. Outrage and frustration will be huge and maybe, just maybe, you might remember this argument.
