All is quiet on New Year’s day

Hey folks, Though I am thrilled that the stock price is so low,  can someone communicate why this stock is still at $.10? Throughout some analysis, even with 500 M shares, we are sitting on tens of billions of dollars of resources. The price of nickel, I agree, must increase however, it doesn’t appear that this should be an issue; with the of electric cars Dominating production in the near future. Most stocks I’ve owned everyone has complained about management...I don’t perceive that in this case, though focussing on Tesla/ Musk desire for resources is a little nave. Every ev manufacturer will require nickel/cobalt, until the time you have your own personal jet pack. And do you know what? we’ll still need a nickel and cobalt. Even if the future fails to go electric, then it will demand a surplus of catalyst materials to reduce greenhouse emissions. Anyways, I digress. What was I saying?

Welcome Mccallan -- would not recommed you buy here...the resources in the ground stuff is an illusion that I myself have fallen for with mining companies....only to learn the hard way that it is meaningless...owned vista gold for a number of years based on the great mismatch between market cap and inground assets...made zero there too. This is pretty much dead money....maybe for years...maybe ...more

At today's prices, this is a safe, long term bet.  Don't go overboard on this one, let it be a ...more

Heywood --all your metals picks are doing nothing. I trust you are a young guy who can afford to wait for 10-15 more years to cash in...because that's prob what it will take. Sadly I am not young...3% of my portfolio is invested here---but I think it will pass to heirs. Nothing at all seems to be happening. This is dead dead dead money

I have a combination in the pipeline, not all are "dead money": Gold X just got acquired this month by GCM.  WRN has seen RIO take a strategic stake and they likely will be the ultimate acquirer within the next 12-18 months.  Past that, I see Discovery Silver being taken out in the next 2-3 years. Beyond that, SPA, THM, SBB and SSV have been ramping up their projects and ...more
