I'm no troll if I understood your comment. My average is .02 and I don't see this going any lower. My guess is the institutional investors have been gobbling up shares on the way down and I believe with the, apperantly, understated resource makes NCP a perfect target for a buyout. My guess is it will sell for anywhere from $1-2/share. Now I can be completely wrong so that is the reason I'm hesitant to buy more.

Me to. I have 350000 shares average .11. I could buy 650000 at .015. Average would be about .045 but not sure enough anymore. Can't wait 20 years
