Foreign influence on the permitting process regarding NDM
Can we assume that since it appears two of the last few attacks on NDM have come via Chinese collaborators, that maybe the Chinese have concerns about self reliance by the U.S. on important resource development? While only an assumption, something to consider

Every few days a new saga ensues. It only shows each side is ramping up. The Rod solves the issue so they can move with Alaska gov't to get state permits completed one by one.

The electoral college is very close. It's like flipping a coin 50/50. But the trend is more important, and that is clearly in Trump's favor.
