I think the future of the Pebble project will be primarily dependent on the prices of the underlying commodities. On that front, copper will help but gold and silver prices will drop or move sideways in the next couple of years. This is why most gold and silver producers have already dropped over the last months and most of them will continue to underperform in the next couple of years. On top
