All projects in the top 10 list are surface mining operations sitting at over 20 million

these eggheads from the Corps of Engineers should be arrested for treason for denying the mine permit. Alaska still will have plenty of clean shores even if this mine is built, economic progress doesn't come for free

Something illegal is going on here. The EPA was already caught in court under the Obama administration acting in concert with the environmental NGO's to prevent the permitting process to move forward.
